Where is the battery and what do we do?
In the Yaris Hybrid the battery pack sits under the rear seat. The cooling fan next to it draws air from the cabin and gets clogged relatively quickly in the Yaris – especially with pets in the car. A clogged fan makes the battery overheat. That is why we clean the fan with every replacement and check all cells with diagnostic equipment after fitting.
