Honda Insight hybrid battery replacement
The Honda Insight (2009–2015) is an economical hybrid with the IMA system. Over time the IMA battery loses capacity and the IMA light comes on. At Hybridbro we replace the hybrid battery for a fixed price – in our workshop in Purmerend or at your home.

Where is the battery and what do we do?
In the Insight the IMA battery (together with the control electronics) sits behind the rear seat. We first read out the fault codes, then replace the battery pack and check after fitting that the IMA system provides full assistance again. Finally we calibrate the battery so the charge gauge is accurate again.
